The Wood Dale Park District offers Health & Fitness classes such as PiYo Live, Chair PiYo, T'ai Chi for Health, Total Body Tabata, Ready Set Spin, Spin & Abs.

The Fitness Studio is a 1,900 square foot facility with state of the art fitness cardiovascular equipment and is located at the Wood Dale Park District Recreation Center, 111 E. Foster Avenue. If you sign up for a Fitness Studio Membership, you will receive a complimentary orientation from one of our Certified Personal Trainers.

The rubber cushioned Walking / Jogging Track has an open view of the gymnasium below. Seventeen laps on the inside track is equal to one mile. Free and open to the public.
