Waffle 5K Shuffle &
2017 AMITA Health 5K Breakfast Series
Commit to compete in three different 5Ks, and reward yourself with post-race waffles in Wood Dale, eggs in Bensenville, and bagels in Bloomingdale.
Special awards, stylish shirts, fancy medals, and FREE food highlight each race. Sign up for all three races and save $15, in addition to receiving a commemorative coffee cup and race series medal. Series consists of the Wood Dale Park District Waffle 5K Shuffle, the Bensenville Park District Eggs & Leggs 5K, and the Bloomingdale Park District Sunrise Shuffle 5K.
Time & Registration
All races will start promptly at 8:30am rain or shine. Check-In at the Registration Tent between 7:00 - 8:15am.

Student (K-12th grade): $10
Group: $25* *Group fee is per person for Groups of 5 or more who register at the same time.
Day of Race Fee: $35 (cash or check only)
Race Series Fee: $75
Race will be held rain or shine. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Timing and Results
The Wood Dale Park District will be using chip timing for this year’s race results. Results will be posted immediately following race conclusion.

Packets may be picked up on:
- Thursday, June 8th, 8:30am - 10:00pm at the Wood Dale Park District Recreation Complex, 111 E. Foster Ave., Wood Dale, IL
- Friday, June 9th, 8:30 am - 12:00pm at the Wood Dale Park District Recreation Complex, 111 E. Foster Ave., Wood Dale, IL
- Saturday, June 10th, 7:00am - 8:15am at the Race Day Registration Tent
Participants will receive waffles at Franzen Grove Park (must show bib). Overall Male and Female winners will receive a medal. Individual age prize medals will also be awarded.
Parking is available at the Recreation Complex at 111 E. Foster Avenue or at Franzen Grove Park (on Wood Dale Road, just south of the Wood Dale Jr. High) or at the Wood Dale Jr. High. There will also be parking at the tennis courts at the intersection of Wood Dale Road and Sivert Drive just north of the Wood Dale Jr. High.
Proceeds from the race will be deposited into a financial assistance/scholarship program to help low income families in Wood Dale participate in Park District programs.
